For companies the service covers the whole placement process. Solvus takes on the research and the Direktansprache and then the entire organisation of the process, including Bewerbermanagement and the handling of any advertising, so that the client is relieved of the administration. For candidates it offers personal Karriereberatung, personal Bewerbungscoaching and access to current Vakanzen, supporting an application from the optimisation of the documents through to the company's decision and beyond. Anyone who does not find a suitable role among the live vacancies is invited to send an Initiativbewerbung, and the company will add a candidate to its Kandidatendatei free of charge where the CV fits its fields of activity, since new search mandates arrive continuously.
