Soluworks is a Dutch company that helps healthcare professionals find the right place to work. It is run by a practising psychiatrist who has worked for years in different parts of the ggz and who alongside that helps other zorgprofessionals in their own search, and its line is direct: de juiste persoon, de juiste plek, the right person in the right place. The stated mission is to relieve and support regiebehandelaren in choosing a new job or assignment, on the belief that a person's real essence emerges in a place where they are given room to keep developing. The professionals it works with are psychiaters, psychologen and basisartsen, and its market is the Dutch ggz, its institutions and practices.
