Soltech

Soltech is a staffing business that focuses solely on SAP. It serves clients in the US and Europe and offers contract recruitment, retained search and contingent search.

For contract work, it draws on a network of US-based contractors and says it works with partners to keep all contractors compliant. Clients who engage it on a retained basis get priority over non-retained customers. Contingent search is used to fill single or small numbers of positions.

The company places senior SAP leaders at Director to VP level, staff for S/4 Hana upgrade, transformation and implementation projects, and staff for S/4 Hana Centres of Excellence.
