SOLID Personnel is a recruiting and staffing firm focused on skilled trades, founded in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2013. It recruits for energy and construction, and for telecommunications, low voltage and security. Cameron McNabb is its CEO and President.

In energy and construction, the company places electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, pipefitters, welders and carpenters, as well as project engineers, project managers, estimators and superintendents. It also fills renewable energy roles such as solar electricians and PV installers. In telecommunications and low voltage, its work covers structured cabling, field service installation, security, audio/visual, cell sites and fire alarm. Its clients include manufacturing, construction, maintenance and service contractors.

SOLID offers temporary hires, temp-to-hire and direct hire placements, along with payrolling, skills testing, background checks and drug screening. It has offices in California, Tennessee, Arizona and Texas. It says it has over 200 electrical contractor clients in California and more than 100 clients in Texas, Nevada and Arizona, and reports a combined 30 years of experience in specialized recruiting.
