Sodajo Consulting is a Swedish staffing and recruitment company based in Gothenburg. It was founded by Sofie Dagmar Jonsson, who started the business after five years in staffing and recruitment, and she works as its recruitment consultant.

The company offers both consultant hire and recruitment, and adapts the arrangement to the client. It can run the whole recruitment process so that the chosen candidate starts directly at the client, or the candidate can be employed through Sodajo, which then supports both the consultant and the employer. It says its recruitment model begins with listening to the client's needs.

Sodajo says its experience covers IT and energy, as well as warehouse, logistics, and economics and administration. It has roots in Värmland and works with clients and candidates across Sweden, using digital meetings.
