Norman Broadbent Group is an executive search firm. It says it was established in 1979 as the first UK-headquartered search firm and has supported over 3,000 clients, from start-ups to international corporations.

Society, an executive search firm and certified B Corporation, became part of the group in 2026 and now operates as its Civil Society, Education and Public Sector Practice. It advises on board and leadership appointments for charities, educational institutions and public bodies, working across higher education, schools and colleges, not-for-profit and public sector clients. Its expertise covers chief executive and non-executive appointments, and its services include interim management and consultancy, leadership development, and research and insight. It says it has handled senior appointments and leadership consultancy projects in over 40 countries across five continents.

The group has offices in London, Edinburgh, Knutsford, Aberdeen, Houston and New Jersey.
