It recruits every grade of social worker and fills roles from care assistants up to Chief Executives, across Local Authorities and private organisations. Its sectors are qualified and unqualified social care, education, SEND, occupational therapy, housing and criminal justice. It places both locum and permanent staff and runs its own UK-based payroll.

The company has its headquarters in the City of London, with further offices in Ipswich, Manchester and Leeds. It says it is a recruitment partner for 98% of Local Authorities in England and that its talent pool spans over 100,000 candidates across 155 locations.
