Social Impact Careers is an executive search and recruitment firm based in Sydney that works exclusively within the for-purpose and social impact sector, including not for profit and charity organisations. It was established in 2021 and recruits for organisations across Australia.

The firm appoints leaders and specialist talent, covering senior and leadership appointments as well as operational, fundraising, finance, program and specialist roles. Its process runs from briefing through to appointment and combines market mapping, direct outreach to candidates, and structured candidate assessment, reaching both active and passive talent.

The business is led by Principal Consultant and Director Lisa Morell, who is stated to have over 25 years' experience in recruitment and executive search.
