Slingshot Group

Slingshot Group is a staffing and coaching firm that serves churches and faith-based nonprofits. It was launched by co-founders Stan Endicott and Monty Kelso, at a time when, as the company puts it, church search was new territory two decades ago. Tim Foot is its CEO.

For churches, it offers executive search for senior positions and specialised search for other roles. For nonprofits, it introduces organisations to future leaders, drawing on executive-level global nonprofit and corporate experience. It also runs coaching for new staff, teams, leaders in transition and succession planning. Job seekers are connected to its nationwide network of churches and organisations. The company is based in Irvine, California.
