Two specialisms sit at the centre of the business. On the IT side it supplies highly skilled professionals for roles such as Cloud Engineers, Architects, Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Software Engineers, and because those profiles are globally scarce it sources talent from BPO hubs and other international markets and relocates them to the Netherlands. On the finance side it recruits for compliance and risk management roles, hiring both locally in the Netherlands and Belgium and internationally, so that financial institutions can meet their evolving regulatory and operational needs from a balanced and diverse talent pool. It also builds custom finance and IT teams, whether that means niche expertise, a dedicated project team or a full talent hub abroad, which it will build and manage.
