Skillinvest Limited

Skillinvest Limited is a not-for-profit organisation, established in 1986, that provides employment, education and training services in Australia. It is a registered Group Training Organisation, employing apprentices and trainees and placing them with businesses, and a Registered Training Organisation delivering nationally recognised courses. Longerenong College is one of its trading names.

Under labour hire arrangements it supplies skilled and licensed personnel for short-term, long-term or seasonal roles, and it also provides recruitment for permanent and fixed-term positions. It holds a Victorian Labour Hire licence. Its clients include small and large businesses, government agencies, statutory authorities, not-for-profits and multinational companies. The industries it supports include construction, engineering and manufacturing, agriculture, aged care and automotive.

Skillinvest has offices in Horsham, Dandenong South, Ballarat, Adelaide and Longerenong. It says it can deliver services across Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, Brisbane, Sydney and Perth. Darren Webster joined in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer and has been Chief Executive Officer since 2017.
