Skillford and Co Limited

Skillford and Co Limited is a New Zealand labour hire and recruitment agency serving Christchurch and Wellington. It was founded in 2023 by Zachary Guildford and Jacob Skilling.

The company supplies construction labour to employers, providing workers by the day, week or month, and fills both casual and permanent roles. It says it works across multiple industries. Employers register their company through a form and the team then follows up on their staffing needs.

It says every employee goes through a selection process run by its team before joining. The company also works with the Broken Movement Trust on the mental health of workers.
