Skillforce Recruitment

Skillforce Recruitment is a Perth-based recruitment agency that supplies labour hire, permanent placements, shutdown workers and project staff to employers across Western Australia. It was founded in Perth in 2010 and has its head office in Welshpool. It also offers labour hire in Brisbane and Queensland.

The agency recruits for warehousing and wholesale, mining and resources, construction, industrial and manufacturing, transport and logistics, trades and engineering, professional and office, healthcare and medical, and hospitality and tourism work. Roles include warehouse staff, pick packers, forklift operators, drivers, tradespeople, administration and customer service staff, and ICT personnel. Assignments range from a single worker at short notice to ongoing, project and bulk engagements.

Its consultants manage recruitment, onboarding and workforce support, and it says it verifies workers' qualifications and right-to-work status. Simon Middlebrook is General Manager and Simone Solari is Operations Manager.
