Skill Hire is a not-for-profit organisation based in Welshpool, Western Australia, dedicated to providing registered training, apprenticeship and employment services, along with comprehensive recruitment solutions for businesses. The organisation has operated for over 20 years, growing from a training provider initially based in Albany, WA to become a nationally operating registered training organisation, group training organisation and recruitment agency. Skill Hire is part of the IntoWork Group and serves regional and metropolitan Western Australia as well as South Australia, including Adelaide.

The company provides four core services: training for everyone from school graduates to skilled workers, apprenticeships and traineeships allowing people to earn while they learn, recruitment services helping businesses find the right staff, and workforce Australia pre-employment programs. In June 2026, Skill Hire announced a significant expansion through the merger with NextGen Skills, a painting and plumbing apprenticeship specialist, creating Western Australia's leading apprentice, training and employment services company. Skill Hire is set to deliver fire protection and mechanical plumbing training locally from 2027, reducing the need for apprentices to travel interstate.

Skill Hire partners with government initiatives including the Group Training Organisation Wage Subsidy Program, which offers up to 75 percent reductions on apprenticeship wages for eligible placements. The organisation has demonstrated expertise in construction training through partnerships like the collaboration with Reflections to increase awareness and reduce asbestos exposure risks.
