Sixty Eight People

Sixty Eight People is a search firm that works exclusively in the hospitality sector, focusing on senior, central function and C-suite appointments. It was founded in 2019 by Abi Dunn, who is Founder and Managing Director and previously worked in hospitality operations and in-house recruitment and training.

The firm says it headhunts rather than advertises, building a target list for each search and approaching candidates directly. It offers retained search, executive search at C-suite and board level, bespoke projects such as talent mapping or succession work, and contingent recruitment. Its work covers senior leadership, operations, commercial, sales and marketing, and people and HR roles. A shortlist typically has four to six candidates, and each search includes 12 weeks of structured aftercare.

It serves hotels and resorts, restaurants and casual dining, pubs and bars, contract catering, managed venues and events, travel and leisure, private members venues, and luxury and lifestyle brands. Teams work from hubs in London and Manchester and support hospitality businesses across the UK.
