SIP Service in Person Personalservice GmbH is a gemeinnütziges Personalbereitstellungsunternehmen, a non-profit personnel provision company, founded by bfi Steiermark. Its remit is to give unemployed people from particular target groups the best possible support on their way into the labour market through geförderte Personalbereitstellung, subsidised placement. The vision published on the homepage is stated without hedging: to be the largest and highest quality non-profit personnel provision company for disadvantaged people in Styria, and in due course in Austria as a whole.
