SingleSprout

SingleSprout is a recruitment agency that builds engineering, data, product, design and legal teams for high-growth companies and law firms. It also works with candidates looking for roles in those fields.

On the technology side it fills frontend, backend, fullstack and DevOps engineering roles, technical product manager and product manager roles, data engineer, machine learning and data science roles, and UI/UX and product design roles. On the legal side it recruits in-house and law firm attorneys. It says it hires in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, San Diego, Washington DC and for remote positions.

Its recruiters work with in-house technology. The company describes a proprietary candidate database covering skills, salary, location and education, a machine-learning matching algorithm, and outreach emails sent under the client's own email domain. The process integrates with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse. Each year the company donates part of the proceeds from successful candidate referrals to social good organisations.
