Sineo

Sineo is a recruitment consultancy (Personalberatung) based in Karlsruhe, Germany. It searches across Germany for executives and specialists, from single key positions to the build-up of entire teams.

Its executive search and recruitment work relies on the direct approach of candidates. The company says it defines each position together with the client and compares it with the market. It describes a value-based recruiting approach that matches candidates to a company's culture and values, and a modular recruiting process in which clients pay only for the parts they need. It also says it was one of the first personnel consultancies to use big data in recruiting.

Sineo also offers HR consulting. It works with clients to define their personnel strategy, manage employer branding and improve the candidate experience.
