Simply360Search is a recruitment agency specialising in accountancy and finance recruitment for marketing communications (Marcoms) and creative agencies. It was founded in 2000 by Andy Glave, who had worked as an accountant in the creative sector and saw that finance professionals and agencies struggled to find each other. By 2016 it had expanded internationally and opened offices in the US. It now lists offices in London, New York, Los Angeles and Sydney.

For clients, it offers permanent recruitment, interim recruitment for urgent needs, executive hiring for leadership teams, and fractional CFO or finance director placements for companies that do not need a full-time appointment. It says it works with data-driven methods and helps clients find candidates across the globe.

For candidates, it provides mentoring, interview preparation and CV assistance, and says it handles career support confidentially.
