SilverBack

SilverBack is a specialised technical recruiter that supplies mobile, scarce talent to international new-industry construction projects, including digital infrastructure and clean technology. It runs a fully managed service covering recruitment, employment compliance, mobilisation and in-country logistics. Its head office is in Dublin, and it also has offices in Lublin, Copenhagen and Cernavoda.

The company's first project was in Norway in 2012. It began by placing managed teams of construction trades workers for reinforced concrete, electrical and mechanical installation, and in 2020 added white collar professional and technical staff. It recruits in areas such as logistics, project management, finance, IT and HR. Its core markets are in the Nordic region, it has worked in Germany since 2023, and it has structures in place to serve clients in Spain, Belgium, Poland and the Netherlands. In 2026 it launched its white collar contract staffing offering in the United States.

SilverBack says its project staff have performed more than 4.5 million manhours on these projects and that its employees come from more than 20 nationalities.
