Signed Talent is a boutique recruiting firm founded by Sam Greinetz and Tara Assari, specialising in partnering with innovative growth-stage companies to execute essential business hires. Both founders started their careers at traditional recruiting agencies before transitioning into internal roles at high-growth tech startups, eventually working together at Bolt where they managed hiring across all departments.

The firm offers specialised recruitment services across three core areas: Technology (design, product, engineering), Go To Market (sales, marketing, customer experience) and G&A (legal, finance, people operations). At Bolt, Sam and Tara hired over 300 individuals as the company scaled through Series C, D and E funding rounds, developing expertise in scaling hiring processes thoughtfully.
