Signature Staff

Signature Staff is a recruitment and labour hire agency based in Far North Queensland. It was founded on 19 January 1998 by Vlasta Eriksson, who is its founder and director. Its head office is in Cairns, with a second office in Townsville. It operates across Cairns, Townsville and regional and remote communities, and says it can fill vacancies or provide labour hire across most of North Queensland.

The agency offers permanent recruitment, temporary and contract staffing, labour hire, and search and selection, including flat-fee shortlisting and recruitment support services. It also provides 24/7 labour hire cover. It recruits for hospitality, office administration, trades, transport and logistics, and construction, and for labourers and operators. Office roles include receptionists, executive assistants and office managers.

Its clients range from start-up businesses to large global organisations, with a focus on small and medium-sized businesses. It also helps job seekers in North Queensland and Australia. It says it has a database of 80,000 candidates and has employed well over 20,000 candidates since 1998.
