Signature Recruiting

Signature Recruiting is an IT recruitment agency based in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. It connects technology specialists with jobs and employers with candidates, and says it serves Western Canada. Its legal name is SIGnature Recruiting Inc.

The company has operated since 2010, placing people in short-term contracts and long-term careers in Vancouver's technology industry. Rachel Shen, its Managing Director, co-founded it in 2010 after working as an account manager for a large recruitment firm. The team includes recruitment consultants and an operations manager.

It describes its approach as favouring quality over quantity, and says it weighs cultural fit and personality as heavily as skills and experience. It also publishes a blog on technology recruiting, tech careers and workplace trends.
