Signature Consulting

Signature Consulting is a recruitment search firm based in Sydney. It connects accounting, finance and tax professionals with professional services firms and commercial organisations across Australia.

The business was founded by Steve, who has led it for over 16 years and says he has worked in recruitment for over 22 years. It runs partner and director search for accounting, legal and advisory firms. It also carries out executive search for CEO, CFO, COO and other C-suite and director level roles, often when a professional services firm introduces a client with such a need and the company is engaged exclusively.

For each search it maps the market, approaches the people it identifies and manages the process, including interviews, interview feedback, reference checks and the offer.
