The firm guarantees qualified candidates matching specific requirements, with the ability to find replacement staff quickly if needed. Clients only pay for work performed with no commission or placement fees.

Facilities can trial staff for at least 6 months before permanent takeover. The model ensures team stability and reduced staff turnover, as facilities always have adequate staffing levels. Sigmamed covers costs for sick leave and holidays, contributing to a more stable and satisfying workplace environment.
