The team brings specialist knowledge across all segments of the real estate industry and maintains a particular focus on real estate investment management. Team members include James Dell'Olio (co-managing partner), who spent 18 years at Ferguson Partners including 14 years as President and opened both the New York office in 2001 and London office in 2006, and Shabnam Boettle (co-managing partner), who previously founded Scale Recruiting and was managing partner at Sousou Partners with responsibility for real estate practice across North America.
