Shyft

Shyft is a professional services recruitment business that works with accounting and law firms around the country. It places candidates with these firms and also works with people looking to change roles in accounting and legal careers.

The company was founded in January 2022 by partners Jackson McNaughton and Luke Thompson, who say they had already been in business together for over five years before starting it. The roles it handles include senior accountant, tax, corporate finance and senior solicitor positions, at firms ranging from medium-sized practices to big four and top-tier firms.
