Shoolin

Shoolin is a staffing business with an office in Metuchen, New Jersey. It says it manages projects of any complexity in Life Sciences and IT, and that its recruitment, staffing and technology solutions are designed for the Science, Engineering and Technology sectors.

It works with organisations seeking staff and with professionals looking for roles. Its work covers sourcing professionals for short-term projects, filling roles for long-term commitments and finding talent for highly specialised positions.

Its process has four stages: planning staffing needs against short and long-term goals, sourcing candidates through professional networks, events and referrals, screening and shortlisting, and onboarding with regular performance evaluation.
