Sherlock Recruitment is a Dublin-based agency that supplies trades and labour to the construction industry in Ireland. It provides temporary, permanent and contract staff, and says it specialises in supplying large volumes of staff at short notice. It also supplies construction operatives, office and cleaning staff.

The company was established in 2014 by Arron Sherlock, who is its managing director and founder. It began by supplying site staff to the electrical and mechanical trades and now provides staff for all trades in the construction industry. Its recruitment work is organised into three desks, mechanical, electrical and construction, and each desk has a 360 recruiter. The company says its clients include some of Ireland's largest construction and engineering firms.

Alongside recruitment, Sherlock Recruitment offers training courses, including Manual Handling, Safe Pass, Mobile Elevated Work Platform and Abrasive Wheels. It also describes an administration and support network to match client requirements.
