Shearn HR Legal is a legal placement agency based in Perth, Western Australia. It says it is Perth's first specialist legal placement agency, and it was started in February 1998 by Julianna Shearn, a Perth lawyer who has worked in legal recruitment since August 1994.
The agency serves the private and public legal sector, giving firms and organisations an independent route to hire new staff and helping lawyers find employment. It also advises candidates on career development, including resume and application letter writing, interview preparation and general career counselling. Registered candidates can search job listings and receive job alerts online. It says it can operate throughout Australia and overseas.
Shearn HR Legal is a member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association and has sponsored events run by the Law Society's Young Lawyers Committee.
