Sharp People

Sharp People is a talent acquisition consultancy and recruitment business focused on technology roles. Lauren Sharp established it in 2019, and it describes itself as a small team. It says its network is built on over 15 years of ICT industry experience, and its founder's background is in SAP, ICT and professional services recruitment. It lists Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide and New Zealand as its locations.

Its recruitment work covers ICT areas such as data analytics, SAP and ERP, fintech, cyber security, business analysis, network engineering and tech support. It also runs executive search for roles such as chief technology officer and managing director, and sales recruitment for business development, account management and sales director positions. For contractors, it fills short to mid-term, long-term and fixed-term engagements and offers contractor management solutions.
