serviceline Personal-Management is a Berlin-based recruitment consultancy that places specialists and managers in permanent positions. The owner-managed company was founded in 1992 by managing director Silvia Rohrbeck and works from offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf and Munich.

Its services are personnel placement, executive search, headhunting, and interim management and freelancer placement. Its core focus is finding and selecting staff with commercial qualifications, from entry-level positions to senior management. The sectors it covers include commercial functions such as real estate, marketing, sales, purchasing, logistics and office management, as well as finance and accounting, engineering and architecture, and IT.

The company says it has been on the market for 30 years, reports a placement rate of 89.5 per cent and says it has placed more than 5,000 specialists. For candidates it also offers career counselling and application training.
