Serendi is a talent acquisition and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider for Europe, serving organisations with midsize hiring volumes. Its recruiters embed within client teams and work alongside in-house staff rather than replacing them. It reports 15 years of experience in European RPO, delivery to 27 countries in Europe, 30 international clients and a team that speaks 18 European languages.

Its services include end-to-end, hybrid, project and on-demand RPO, as well as talent sourcing. Talent programmes cover talent pipelining, early careers, DEI initiatives and recruitment marketing. Serendi Flex is a recruitment as a service offering, sold as a flat subscription for hiring across Europe.

Serendi has offices in Switzerland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Spain, Sweden, Serbia, Hungary and Poland, as well as the United States, Mexico and India. The group is led by CEO Claus-Peter Sommer.
