Sentinel Recruit is a recruitment business specialising in technology roles for managed service providers (MSPs). It says it matches candidates and companies on values and culture as well as on qualifications and experience.

The roles it recruits for include first line and second line support engineers and maintenance engineers in IT support. In architecture they cover network engineers, storage specialists, cloud specialists and VOIP and telephony engineers. In security they cover security administrators, security analysts, penetration testers, security architects and governance, risk and compliance specialists.

Its recruiter is James McCormack, who spent a decade in managed service providers before moving into tech and cyber recruitment. His IT career spans nearly three decades across three continents, and the company says it has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry.
