SelfDevelopment is a recruitment company that helps Polish jobseekers find legal work in Germany, and it says it has been doing so since 2020. The site is run by Daniel Bała, who introduces himself on the homepage as someone who has been helping people find work in Germany for more than five years. The promise is stated plainly in the header, praca w Niemczech bezpiecznie i bez opłat, work in Germany safely and without fees, and the company confirms it never takes any fee or commission from a candidate. It also states clearly that it is not an agencja pracy tymczasowej, a temporary work agency, because candidates sign their contract directly with the German employer.

Vacancies are published as legalne ogłoszenia, listings taken only from employers the company has checked, and each advert is meant to carry detailed information about the firm and the scope of duties. The route to a job is set out in four steps: choose an offer, apply with answers to the recruitment questions and a photo, wait while the employer verifies the application, then travel out. The company says the process normally takes two to seven working days. German is not required for many of the roles listed, although it notes that basic communication always helps.

Alongside the job board the site carries a kalkulator wynagrodzeń, a map of current offers, a blog and a Zostań rekruterem page for people who want to recruit on the company's behalf. SelfDevelopment offers support before, during and after departure, including help moving quickly to another employer if a placement does not work out, and it does not organise transport itself but coordinates the arrival.
