A specialist team, Selectus Rec4Tec, recruits technology roles across EMEA, along with HR, PA, EA and administrative support roles for technology employers. These include start-ups, established technology companies and R&D centres in areas such as fintech, biotech and insurtech. The team also serves the technology companies in which its hedge fund and private equity clients invest.

The firm has offices in London, New York, Paris and Tel Aviv, and covers the Near and Middle East through its Tel Aviv and Dubai office. It was established by founder Davide Mele, who the company says has over three decades of recruitment experience across EMEA. It uses competency based interviewing and a network of pre-qualified candidates, and supports both client and recruited candidate for 100 days after placement.
