Selecta HR

SelectaHR is the senior level recruitment division of Media-Work, and has worked for over 20 years on the selection of executives, managers, sales staff and qualified technicians on behalf of client companies. Alongside search and selection, the division supports client HR managers with personality and psycho aptitude testing to assist in personnel evaluation and selection.

Current SelectaHR vacancies are concentrated in engineering and manufacturing: a maintenance manager and mechanical engineer role for a metalworking company based in Spello, a continuous improvement and methods and times engineer role for a metalworking company in Perugia, a production manager role responsible for a production department of around 90 people, and a role leading an electronic design team for a company that manufactures circuit boards for the military and aerospace sectors.

SelectaHR also offers career guidance, accompanying candidates through choosing job offers that align with their skills, aspirations and growth prospects. Vacancies handled by the division are currently based around Perugia and Spello in Umbria, reflecting its work with manufacturing and engineering employers in that area.
