Select Savvy

Select Savvy is a boutique search and staffing agency that fills education, healthcare and office roles. It offers temporary, contract and permanent staffing to organizations of all sizes, and its work includes special education and school-based therapy positions. It says it works with more than 50 employers and has placed hundreds of candidates.

Stephanie Burton founded the company in 2021 and is its Founder and CEO. She began it after years of working with her son's speech language pathologist and other related service professionals in public schools. The company says its work is guided by four pillars: putting people before profits, relationship-driven support, transparency in hiring and workforce inclusivity. It also states an aim of reducing under-representation in the workplace, particularly in leadership.

Select Savvy is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
