Select Resourcing is a recruitment and HR agency based in Sandton, Johannesburg. It offers traditional and hybrid recruitment solutions, contract recruitment, payroll outsourcing, and HR and IR services. Its recruitment work is split into recruitment services, virtual recruitment services delivered remotely, and exclusive recruitment services delivered on site with deliverables managed by KPIs. It also runs a job board where candidates can search for jobs and receive job notifications.

The company was founded by three entrepreneurs from the recruitment, payroll and HR and IR industries, who it says have a combined experience of over 40 years. Managing Director Claire Smith started the company after senior roles at an outsourcing company and a recruitment company, followed by a general manager position. Select Resourcing describes itself as an EME company that is 100% Black woman-owned.

Its head offices are in Gauteng, and it operates in Cape Town, Durban, the Eastern Cape and Mpumalanga, as well as internationally.
