SEIGO Staffing is a South African recruitment business focused on graduate employment. It connects graduates with employers, and also works with TVET learners and recent matriculants. Its programmes include bulk graduate recruitment on permanent or fixed-term terms, structured work experience of 6 to 12 months, mentorship pathways, TVET and technical skills placements of 6 to 18 months, and career exposure for matriculants lasting 4 to 6 weeks. Internships and learnerships cover STEM, Engineering, Business, Finance, IT, Data and Humanities.

The company says it manages the full graduate programme lifecycle, from sourcing, screening and shortlisting to placement, onboarding, contract management and payroll processing with reporting. It also invites corporations, foundations and social impact funders to fund graduate employment or sponsor graduate placements in small businesses.

SEIGO Staffing says it is aligned to United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 8, and states a goal of placing more than 2,000 graduates into employment by 2030.
