Seie

Seie is a Norwegian staffing and recruitment company based in Bergen. It is part of SLS Group, was founded in 2007 and works through two departments. The recruitment and staffing department focuses on the maritime, offshore and industrial sectors, while the healthcare department supplies qualified healthcare personnel to health and care services.

The company places professionals on assignments across Norway. Its work starts by clarifying the client's needs, framework and competence requirements. It then assesses candidates against the assignment and proposes a solution, and follows up on quality, health and safety and delivery reliability while the assignment runs.

Seie is ISO certified for quality (ISO 9001:2015), environment (ISO 14001:2015) and occupational health and safety (ISO 45001:2018). It is also an audited employer under the NHO standard for the staffing industry. Josefine Kjellgren is its managing director.
