SecureVision is an embedded recruiting and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm that works with venture-capital-backed tech companies. It places senior recruiters inside client businesses, where they work in the client's systems and on its hours, running hiring from intake to accepted offer. The recruiters report to a SecureVision delivery lead and use the firm's sourcing and outreach technology.

Its recruiters fill go-to-market and sales roles, technical roles such as software engineers, product managers and data scientists, and G&A roles in finance and HR. Beyond embedded work, it offers U.S. expansion recruiting for international companies building their first U.S. team, as well as contingent, retained and executive search. Its clients range from seed-stage startups to large enterprises, with customers from 15 employees to over 50,000.

SecureVision says its core footprint is North America, and specifically the U.S., and that it runs engagements across Latin America, EMEA and APAC as well. It reports more than a decade of work and hundreds of organisations served.
