SecureTalent is a recruitment firm for cyber security, AI and technology roles across the Asia-Pacific region, based in Sydney, Australia. It is the dedicated recruiting division of HackLabs, a cyber security firm, and a subsidiary of HackLabs Australia. The business started in cyber security and has widened its focus to technology transformation more broadly.

It fills permanent, contract and executive roles in cyber security, AI and data, cloud and infrastructure, DevSecOps and engineering, general IT, and tech sales and marketing. Examples include penetration testers, SOC analysts, security architects, data scientists and cloud engineers. Its executive search work covers CISO, CTO and CDO positions. It says employers receive a shortlist, every candidate is personally assessed, and its HackLabs link allows security credentials to be validated.

The company was founded by David Press, founder of BPS Group with over 20 years in IT recruitment, and Chris Gatford, who has built two cyber security consulting firms. SecureTalent reports more than 500 placements, 20+ years of experience and a 95% retention rate.
