For contracting and temporary employment the company payrolls and employs highly skilled contractors and absorbs all of the labour risk, while the client manages them on site or while they work from home on the client's projects, and it stresses that it complies with and upholds South African labour law rather than accepting the negative connotations attached to labour broking. For permanent recruitment it guarantees a properly vetted candidate who is ready to deploy their skills at their new employer, and if that person resigns or cannot perform their duties within four months of the date of employment, SEBOVISTA replaces them at no further charge.
