SearchLabs

SearchLabs is a recruitment firm based in Toronto, Ontario. It says it opened its doors in 2010 and works through specialist verticals, with service lines for Information Technology and for Design, Construction and Property.

It takes on searches on either a contingency or a retainer basis, for roles of any title or level. Each client has a single point of contact for account management, and consultants follow a five-point process that runs from a discovery meeting through to offer and onboarding. The firm works with employers looking to hire and with candidates looking for new roles.
