About the Agency
Search Talent is a recruitment agency based in Dublin, Ireland. Its CEO, Ashling Harrison, formed the company in June 2019. It describes its approach as a boutique service that treats every requisition as if it were an executive search, and it has a Head of Executive Search. For international executive assignments it works with a partner based in the Netherlands, and it says it is the exclusive partner of ERI, an international network.
The company works through divisions covering IT, data analytics, sales, marketing, property, construction, customer service, legal, compliance and finance, and it also has engineering and energy divisions. Its renewable energy division recruits engineers and technicians, such as wind turbine and solar energy technicians, for global projects on a contract and permanent basis. In legal recruitment it places people with law firms and in-house legal teams.
Besides its Dublin office on Pembroke Street Upper, it has offices in London and Bucharest.
