Search Haus Consulting (S) Pte Ltd is a Singapore recruitment and HR services company established in 1996. It began with humble beginnings as a recruitment company for foreign talent and blue collar workers for businesses in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, and has since become an integrated solutions provider covering talent acquisition and worker recruitment, relocation services, enterprise coaching and management, and business consulting. Two recruitment practices sit side by side. Executive search and talent acquisition helps companies build their talent pool at senior and mid level, run as local searches in Singapore and as international searches. Skilled worker recruitment fills general staffing and manpower needs for engineers, assistant engineers, technicians and operators, recruiting locally and from Malaysia, China, India, the Philippines, Bangladesh and Thailand. Around them sit human resource consulting on manpower resource planning, recruitment processes and recruitment strategy; leadership and executive coaching delivered one to one; HR outsourcing that takes on payroll processing and tax filing, work pass processing, employee hostel management and headcount hosting; and immigration and work visa services covering visa arrangements, settling in orientation, home finding, lease negotiation and management, utility hook ups and address inspection.

The company works out of Singapore and says it meets client needs by customising creative solutions to each individual case, whether the client is a large multinational or a high growth middle market company.
