Scoutria

Scoutria is a Finnish recruitment company founded in 2020 that specialises in recruiting white-collar staff and in executive search. It works with companies of all sizes, in all sectors and at all organisational levels, filling assistant and operational roles, specialist and supervisory posts and management positions.

Its services are job advertising, direct contacting of passive candidates, a combined search that pairs headhunting with a job advert, and executive search (headhunting). Typical areas include sales, marketing, customer service, finance, HR, procurement, logistics, engineering and IT. Direct contacting is sold at a fixed price, and clients can follow their assignments in the company's recruitment system. Scoutria says it uses modern technology so that recruitment can proceed regardless of physical location. Besides Finland, it has recruited internationally.

The company reports more than 25 years of combined experience in recruitment and executive search, more than 1,500 assignments, and that over 90 per cent of its repeat-hiring clients order from it again. Jani Laine is its founder and senior researcher, and Rami Inkilä is a senior recruiter and partner. Personal assessments are available as an option through its partner Fairsight Oy.
