The Talent Service Provider scoutr works with start-ups and scale-ups that need to hire as they grow, often without an internal hiring function. It was founded by Brian Rijsouw, who is its Director and says he spent more than 20 years helping businesses across ANZ and Europe hire and scale.

Its recruitment work is offered per hire or through a subscription model for clients with ongoing hiring needs, which it says brings lower fees, priority support and an extended guarantee period. It also provides Talent-as-a-Service, a part-time fractional Talent Acquisition offering that covers building hiring processes and workforce planning with founders. A further service, The Hire Blueprint, is a role discovery and design service that produces a job brief before a search begins.

scoutr says it typically partners with businesses of 15 to 100 staff. Many clients are tech or digital businesses, but it works across industries.
