scouted.

scouted. is a Melbourne-based recruitment agency serving the property development, real estate investment and finance, construction and commercial property sectors. It trades as scouted Recruitment Pty Ltd, with its office in Toorak.

The business was established in 2020 by Jeremy Kennedy, who is its Managing Director and Founder. He had spent six years recruiting across the broader property market in Melbourne and Perth for national agencies, and built a network of professionals in development, real estate funds and investment, and construction before starting the company.

scouted. says it works with both employers and candidates, building ongoing relationships with talent and clients and immersing itself in the industries it serves. It says it emphasises real-world results over KPIs. Nikita Jenkin is Associate Director, and the company also runs a podcast on property recruitment, careers and the workplace.
